  1. I am not 100% satisfied with something I purchased, can I exchange it?

    Yes. You can exchange anything, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The value of the product to be exchanged will be the one originaly paid for the product, independent of it's value at the moment of the exchange. In case of wanting to exchange for the same product with a different size, if it has a different cost you will not be charged any difference, regardless of who it favors. You can consult this by contacting us by email and we will answer shortly.

  2. Does exchanging have a cost?

    If you want to exchange your order you have to pay both shipping costs, the cost from the return of the product and the shipping of the new one. The shipping cost will depend on the shipping tariffs of each country.

  3. How many times can I exchange a product?

    As many times as you like.

  4. The product for which I want to make the exchange is not in stock, what can I do?

    If the product for which you want to make the exchange is not available at the time, you have two alternatives:

    • Wait until we receive new stock, at which time we will let you know it is being shipped.
    • If the product is discontinued, is limited edition, or from a previous season, and for the time being nothing else suits you; we will glady emit a credit note, gift card or coupon so that you can use is whenever you want or gift it to someone. If you prefer, we will return the money you paid discounting the cost of shipping tariffs based on the country.
       
  5. What is the product I want to exchange for has a different value than the one originally bought?

    The value of the product to be exchanged will be the one originaly paid for the product, independent of it's value at the moment of the exchange. If the new pair is valued lower than the original purchase, we will emit a COUPON so that you can use it whenever you want or gift it to someone. If you prefer your money back we will adjust accordingly through the payment method used. If the new pair is valued higher than the original purchase, we offer two options: you can pay us the difference through a deposit or bank transfer, or you can make the purchase of the new product applying the COUPON for the previous amount so that you only have to pay the difference and you can choose any payment method.

  7. How long do I have to make an exchange?

    You have 30 consecutive days from the moment you receive the order. After that, we are not able to make any exchanges.

  8. In what conditions do I have to return the product I want to exchange?

    The conditions in which you have to send us the product/s are:

    • Unused, in the original conditions and with the labels.
    • In the original box/container.

    If you want to exchange your order you have to pay the shipping. If you want your money returned, you will receive it once we receive the product. The shipping cost will depend on the shipping tariffs of each country. You can also make the shipment on your own.

  3. How long does it take until my money is accredited to my account?

    The time it takes to get accredited depends on the payment method used for the purchased.

  5. Cuánto tiempo tengo para hacer una devolución?
