  2. To search by category you can use the category bar on the top of the page.
  3. If you have a color or model in mind you can use the search bar on the top of the page.
  4. Once in the product grid, you can find the filter menu to shorten your search by: size, color, material, etc.
  5. Click on the photo of the model you like.
  6. You can add more products or go to the shopping cart (which is located on the top right of the page) to enter into PURCHASE.
  7. Once in the shopping cart you can enter a discount coupon if you have one.
  8. To checkout press START PURCHASE.
  9. And done! Wait for your order from the comfort of your home!

  1. Do you emit credit notes?

    Yes, we call them Credit Notes, Gift Cards or Coupons. We emit them in certain cases of exchanges and/or returns. They are valid for 12 months.

  2. How can I use my Credit Note or Gift Card or Coupon?

    You can apply them while on the shopping cart where it says Have a coupon? (write it as it is given to you) and press apply coupon.


  1. How can I know my shoe size?

    In the product's description page there's a detail of the size and length of the insole, which can give you an idea if the last is standard or wide and/or long. Take into account that not all manufacturers use the same exact lasts, so it is possible that there are small differences with other brands. If in doubt, contact costumer support to receive help on the subject.

  2. I want to know if a certain color/size/model is available?

    On the left of the page there are filters to shorten your search by size, color, price, etc. You can also do this from the search bar at the top of the page by entering key words.

  1. Will my order be delayed if there is no stock?

    No. Published products are in stock, unless specified otherwise. If an article is missing due to extraordinary circumstances, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible and we will let you know the available solutions. You can always choose to cancel your order.

  2. Is there a printed catalogue?

    The web site is our catalogue. All existing products are published here.

  3. Do you make shipments outside Argentina?

    Yes, we do international shipments. To place your order from overseas, you can select your country/language on the top right if you are in a web browser; or on the three horizontal lines if you are on a mobile device. Nonetheless, you can always contact us and leave us your query and contact information.

  2. When I place an order I get an error saying there was an authorization failure. What went wrong?

    Authorization failures, although unfrequent, are due to various reasons. Amongst the most common ones, it can be due to a transient loss of your internet connection during data transmission, insufficient funds or exceding the card limit. In case of doubt as to wether the transaction was charged to your card or not, we suggest you contact the entity who issued the card or our costumer support. If you contact us, take into account that we will never ask for your card's security code. Whatever the case, you will receive an email in approximately 30' where you will be able to recover or cancel your order, depending on what you want
